1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LunimRank ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LunimRank is an AI visibility platform that measures how frequently and favorably AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, DeepSeek, Grok, Google AIO, and Copilot) mention and recommend your business. The Service provides visibility scores, competitor analysis, and actionable recommendations.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Free plan: Limited access with restricted scan frequency and engine count.
• Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Agency): Billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until the next renewal.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond the provided API (Agency plan only).
• Submit misleading business information to manipulate scan results.
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

6. AI Scan Disclaimer

LunimRank scans are informational and reflect how AI engines respond at a point in time. AI responses are inherently variable and may change without notice. We do not guarantee:

• That scan results are fully representative of all AI engine behavior.
• That implementing our recommendations will improve your AI visibility.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated analysis.

Use scan results as one input among many in your marketing strategy.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our content: The Service, its design, and underlying technology are owned by LunimRank and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your data: You retain ownership of all business data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service.
• Reports: Reports generated by the Service (PDF, CSV) are for your use. Agency plan users may white-label reports for client distribution.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunimRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
