Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing
LunimRank subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Agency) are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month until cancelled.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to paid features until that date.
- After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period when you cancel mid-cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- First payment: If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
- Service outage: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Renewal charges when cancellation was not completed before the billing date.
- Dissatisfaction with AI scan results (AI responses are variable by nature).
- Failure to use the Service during a billing period.
- Plan downgrades mid-cycle (the higher plan remains active until period end).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
